Selston Parish Experience Group (SPEG) usually meet on Monday morning, on the 2nd Monday of each month from 10.00am to 12 noon. It is a group for the over 50s and they organise many activities and demonstrations. The calendar this year includes Yoga, Family History, Crochet, Aromatherapy, Healthy Eating, Flower Arranging, a Lazy Lunch, Rag Rugs, Jewellery Making and lots more.
