May I wish you all a happy new Year for 2014. As you are no doubt aware our club meets every Monday afternoon at the Dale Club (Jacksdale Miner’s Welfare) Main Road Jacksdale from 2 till 4pm. Please come along and join us you will be very welcome.
Our events for this year are as follows and are free to all our members when they attend the club on a regular basis. If you are not a member you are still welcome to join our entertainments and outings for a fee.
Monday 27th January - sale of small items or unwanted Christmas gifts.
Monday 24th February - The Super Psychedelic Sixties Show with Kevin and Marie. This is a fast moving show with professional entertainers doing comedy and songs from the sixties. There will be lots of costume changes so why not dress up in your sixties gear and join us. Free to members, Non-members £4 each.
Monday 31st march - presenting Alex Belfield of radio, TV and theatre fame, a professional singer not to be missed. Non-members £4 each.
Tuesday 29th April - Day trip to Bakewell. Includes a meal at the Wheat Sheaf Inn. Non-members £12 each.
