This project was organised by The Jacksdale Christian Centre, Franklin Road after more than two years of planning and complex funding bids.

Congratulations go to Ken & Jill Tetley (Church Youth Leaders) Pastor Philip Pye and all of the other church members who were involved.  In December 2003, after much 'nail biting' the church were successful in obtaining funding to create this resource ~ of benefit to residents of all ages. The Netcafe hosts training courses, gaming evenings and much more and is run largely by volunteers - so if you can lend a hand - why not get in touch.

Thanks go to Kevin & June of Bits & Pieces who let their old premises to the project for a peppercorn rent. Volunteers helped Kevin & June move their mountain of stock to their new premises so work on the old building could get underway.
